🎁 How to Add a Free Gift to Your Quantity Break Offer

Boost your sales and reward your customers by adding a Free Gift to your Quantity Break offers! The new Free Gift feature lets you include a complimentary product (with a 100% discount) when customers purchase a certain quantity from your store. You can fully customize the gift’s appearance and rules to fit your brand and promotion strategy.

Step-by-Step: Adding a Free Gift to Your Quantity Break Offer

1. Navigate to Offer Creation

• Go to your Pumper admin dashboard.

• Start creating a new offer or edit an existing Quantity Break offer.

2. Access Offer Extensions

• In the offer setup screen, scroll to the Offer extensions section.

• You will see two options:

• Add Image

• Add Free Gift

3. Add a Free Gift

• Click on Add Free Gift.

• This opens a dedicated card where you can set up your Free Gift.

4. Configure Your Free Gift

• Select Product: Click the Select Product button to choose the item you want to give for free.

• Set Quantity: Enter how many units you want to offer as a gift.

• Customize Title: Edit the bar title if you want to personalize the Free Gift message (default: “+ Free Gift”).

5. Adjust How the Free Gift Appears

• Show/Hide Product Name & Quantity:

Use the eye icon or toggle to choose whether the gift’s name and quantity are visible on the offer widget.

• Edit Product Name:

Click the pencil icon to rename the gift if needed.

• Visible Only When Tier is Selected:

Enable this option if you want the Free Gift to appear only when the relevant quantity tier is selected by the customer.

• Show Product Image When Not Selected:

Enable this if you’d like the product image to always be visible, even before the offer is selected.

6. Customize Gift Icon and Product Image

• Choose Gift Icon:

Pick from a variety of icons to represent your Free Gift. The default is a golden ribbon (its color cannot be changed).

• Edit Product Image:

• The selected product’s image is used by default.

• Click Change Image to upload a custom image if you wish.

• To remove your custom image and return to the original, click the dustbin icon.

• Adjust Image Size:

Use the slider to set the Free Gift image size: None (hide), Small (default), Medium, or Large.

7. Enable Variant Selection (Optional)

• If you allow customers to pick variants (like size or color) for products in this offer, they can also select their preferred variant for the Free Gift.

8. Personalize Typography and Colors

• Go to the Typography section for Free Gift.

• Set the font style, size, color, and background for your Free Gift bar to match your brand.

9. Reorder Free Gifts & Upsells

• If you have multiple Free Gifts or Upsells, you can drag to reorder them.

• Note: Free Gifts will always appear above Upsells in the offer widget.
