Pumper Offer Creation Guide

Welcome to Pumper’s Offer Creation Guide! Follow these simple steps to set up attractive quantity break discounts for your customers.

Step 1: Create a New Offer

1. Go to your Pumper dashboard.
2. Click on ‘Create New Offer’.
3. Select ‘Quantity Break’ as your offer type.

Step 2: Basic Offer Setup

• Offer Name: Edit the name for your reference (customers won’t see this).
• Products Selection: Choose between:
• All Products
• Specific Collections
• Specific Products

Step 3: Choose a Template

Pumper offers 4 templates:

1. Modern – Sleek and stylish
2. Retro – Classic discount styling
3. Horizontal – Best for simple products (does not support variants)
4. Basic – Minimal and clean

💡 Heads up: If your product has variants (sizes, colors, etc.), avoid the Horizontal template.

Step 4: Customize Layout & Colors

• Color Palette: Match your store’s branding.
• Font Colors: Adjust for better readability.
• Block Title & Footer Text: Edit or disable them if needed.

Step 5: Set Up Discounts

• You can create up to 6 sub-offers (3 are set by default).
• Edit or remove default offers as needed.
• Add images to each offer for better appeal.

Step 6: Configure Settings

Display Options

• Show each unit price: Helps customers see savings per item.
• Show total price: Displays the full amount due.
• Hide header & footer lines: Toggle if you prefer a cleaner look.
• Use theme fonts: Syncs widget fonts with your store’s theme.
• Custom "Out of Stock" text: Set a custom message (supports translations).

Functionality

• Allow variant selection per item: Enable if your product has variants.
• Display widget below "Add to Cart": Show offers right after the cart button.
• Skip cart, go to checkout: Directly sends customers to checkout.
• Volume Discount: Extends max discount to all quantities (e.g., if a discount applies to 3 items, it’ll apply to 4+ as well).
• Show compare-to price: Displays the original price from Shopify.
• Set custom compare price: Override default compare prices.
• Hide Theme Variants: Enabled by default (Pumper uses its own variant selector).

Discount Combinations

Allows stacking with other product, order, and shipping discounts.

Step 7: Typography & Final Touches

Adjust fonts, sizes, and styling to match your store’s look.

Done! 🎉

Save and Publish your offer, and it will automatically appear on your selected products.
