Refund Policy & Process


How Refunds Work at Pumper


At Pumper, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our customers. If you wish to request a refund, please review the following information to understand our refund policy and process.


1. Payment Processing

All payments are handled by Shopify, and we are not directly involved in processing transactions. This means refunds must be initiated through Shopify’s payment system.


2. Billing Cycles

  • Monthly Plans: Payment is collected at the end of each billing cycle.
  • Yearly Plans: Payment is collected at the start of each billing cycle.


3. Steps to Request a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, follow these steps:


  1. Cancel Your Pumper Plan
  • Go to your Pumper Plan Page and cancel your subscription.



  1. Submit Proof of Billing
  • After cancellation, take a screenshot of your billing page and share it with our Customer Support Team for verification.


  1. Refund Review & Processing
  • Your refund request will be escalated to higher management for approval.
  • If you’ve already been charged, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • If you haven’t been charged yet, we will issue app credits to offset the pending bill.


4. Refund Timelines

  • Refunds to the original payment method may take up to 5 business days, depending on the payment gateway’s processing time.
  • App credits (if applicable) will be applied immediately upon approval.
