🌟 Refunds and App Credits: How It Works

At Pumpers's Workspace, we want to make sure your experience with our app is smooth and transparent. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you understand how refunds and app credits work:

🔍 When you cancel a plan

1. Let us know why you’re canceling – we’re always here to help!
2. If you still decide to cancel, please:

• • Cancel the plan in your Shopify dashboard.
  • Send us a screenshot of the cancellation page in the Pumper dashboard.
  • Send us a screenshot of the billing section showing the charge.

💳 Has the bill already been paid?

✅ Yes – Paid

If you have already been charged, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method (like your credit/debit card). It usually takes 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

✅ No – Not Paid

If the bill has not been paid (for example, you were still in the free trial), there’s no money to send back to your bank. Instead, we’ll issue App Credits to your Shopify account for the same amount. These credits automatically offset future app charges and are visible in the billing section of your Shopify admin.

💡 What are App Credits?

App Credits are like a “virtual refund.” They:

• Appear in your Shopify billing section immediately.
• Automatically apply to future app charges.
• Help ensure your bill is balanced even if no payment was made.

⏳ How long does it take?

• Refund to bank: 3-5 business days to show in your bank account.
• App Credits: Instantly visible in Shopify’s billing section.
