Unlike physical products, there is no need for tracking information or shipping details since the product is delivered electronically.

If your store sells digital products such as ebooks, software, music or videos, it would be beneficial to enable this feature.


However, if you sell physical products only, then there is no need to enable this feature.


To ensure that your Digital orders are properly synced with PayPal, it's important to turn on the digital orders syncing feature. So, Basically ** Digital order sync allows you to automatically


sync the orders without tracking details to be synced to PayPal as digital orders.


To enable the PayPal tracking for digital orders, follow these simple steps:


Step 1: **Navigate to the **"Settings" section in your Shopify store, then select "PayPal Tracking" and choose "Sync Settings" from the submenu.


Step 2: ** In the ** "Digital Orders" section, toggle the switch to enable the option.
