Shipments and Past order sync inside “Order Tracking”


Order tracking allows you to view the delivery status of your shipments, including tracking numbers, carrier information, and estimated delivery dates.


To view your shipments, follow these steps:


**Step 1: ** Navigate to the **"Order tracking" **section on your account dashboard at the top right section.


Step 2: Click on "Shipments" to see a list of your orders with their current status, including whether they are in transit, delivered, or needing attention.


To sync your past orders for a more complete view of your order history, follow these steps:


Step 1: Click on the "Sync past orders now" button located in the "Shipments" section.


Step 2: A popup window will appear in which you can select the date range for the orders you want to syn. Click on the "Start" button to initiate the sync process.
